It is largely said that no demons is found in any Christian, perhaps if demons are found, they are found in some people who have been into exorcism or something like that.
But that’s not quite true. In the Bible it is stated in Ephesians 6:12 ”For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of THIS WORLD (you have to notice that we fight against demons that are in THIS WORLD, not just in the Hell, they are here in open-air) , against spiritual wickedness in HIGH PLACES (here it is stated in high places, that means in the sky, so it is not said here that we fight against demons which are in the Hell, no, but which are here in our everyday life).”
Ok, demons are here, but can they affect to us? Yes, they can. They can attack our soul, and try to make us feel bad. In Psalms 143:3, it is said ”For the enemy hath PERSECUTED MY SOUL; he hath smitten my life DOWN TO THE GROUND; he hath made me to DWELL IN DARKNESS (demons are causing depression?), as those that have been long dead.” So quite negative feelings David had here. So even David had depression CAUSED BY DEMONS. Furthermore in Psalms 143:11-12 it written ”Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul OUT OF TROUBLE. And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that AFFLICT MY SOUL: for I am thy servant.” But still you can see David put his faith on the Lord, and knew that He will be saving him from these demons.
Furthermore it is clearly stated in the Bible that person CAN HAVE thousands of demons inside of him/her. In Mark 5:9 Jesus asks a demon ”And He was asking him, “What is your name?” And he said to Him, “My name is Legion; for we are many.” Legion is 6000, that was a Roman legion, so this person had 6000 demons inside of him. And this man lived in the cave, which is stated in Mark 5:3, so apparently 6000 demons came from a cave? That makes me wonder how much comes from the normal life if only 6000 demons comes from a cave.
I think that everytime a person does a sin a demon gets inside of him. Why? Because in John 5:14 it is said: ”Afterward Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, “Behold, you HAVE BECOME WELL; DO NOT SIN ANYMORE, so that nothing WORSE happens to you.” Ok, so Jesus said here, that if this person sinned, his condition would be even worse. What does this mean? Well, because in the Bible it is written that deafiness and mute is caused by demon (Mark 9:25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was rapidly gathering, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “You deaf and mute spirit, I command you, come out of him and do not enter him again.”), that means that the person who would have been cured from deafiness would get more demons inside! So sin equals to demons inside, because Jesus said ”do not sin anymore (he said that the person should not do ANY SIN, because EVERY SIN gets his condition worse and takes demon in). What keeps up with this is said in Matthew 12:43-45 ”When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.hen goeth he, and taketh with himself SEVEN OTHER SPIRITS more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is WORSE THAN THE FIRST (notice John 5:14). Even so shall it BE ALSO UNTO THIS WICKED GENERATION.
But yeah. We should be aware of these demons, we must admit that they are here, and say not that there are no demons trying to bully Christians. There are. But Jesus said that whoever believes in Him shall have life. So we do not have to be afraid of them. Actually demons should be afraid of us, after all Jesus said in Mark 16:17 ””These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they WILL CAST OUT DEMONS,”
